2. Scope
These Terms apply to:
visitors to our website and Thinkific site
customers who purchase our digital courses or other digital products
participants in our training, certification, and consulting services
If separate written terms are agreed for in-company training, consulting, or bespoke services, those separate written terms will take precedence to the extent of any inconsistency.
3. Eligibility and account use
You may only purchase or use our services if:
you are at least 18 years old, or
you have the authority to act on behalf of a business or organisation
You are responsible for:
ensuring your account details are accurate
maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
all activity that takes place under your account
You must not share your login details with others or allow multiple users to access a course through a single account unless we have expressly agreed this in writing.
4. Our products and services
We offer educational content, including self-paced digital courses, training, and related resources.
We may update, improve, remove, or reorganise course content, lesson order, resources, or delivery methods where reasonably necessary to:
improve the learner experience
correct errors
reflect legal, operational, or technical changes
keep the content current
Any such updates will not materially deprive you of the core value of the product you purchased.
5. Educational purpose only
Our courses and materials are provided for educational and professional development purposes only.
They are not medical, psychiatric, psychological, therapeutic, or legal advice. They do not qualify you to diagnose, treat, or manage mental health conditions, and they are not a substitute for professional clinical care, safeguarding procedures, HR processes, or emergency services.
If you or someone else may be at risk of harm, you should contact the appropriate emergency, medical, safeguarding, or professional support services.
6. Pricing, payment and taxes
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may be subject to VAT or other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless we have agreed alternative arrangements in writing.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but any price change will not affect a purchase already completed.
If you require an invoice, you may request one by emailing [email protected].
7. Digital course access
When you purchase a digital course, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use that course for your own personal professional use or for your own internal business use, as applicable.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, your purchase does not give you the right to:
resell or sublicense the course
distribute materials externally
upload materials to another platform
share lesson content, downloads, videos, or account credentials with third parties
use the course to create a competing product
All intellectual property rights in our courses, videos, workbooks, templates, text, graphics, frameworks, branding, and related materials remain our property or the property of our licensors.
8. Immediate access and digital content consent
By purchasing a digital course and accessing it immediately, you expressly request that we begin supplying the digital content straight away.
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you acknowledge that:
the course is digital content supplied electronically
access may begin immediately after purchase
once performance has begun, you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal where applicable by law
By proceeding with your purchase and starting the course, you confirm that you understand and agree to this.
9. Refunds
Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.
Please read it carefully before purchasing. By purchasing a digital course, you agree that refunds are governed by that policy.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
use our sites or services unlawfully
interfere with the security or operation of the platform
copy, scrape, reproduce, or distribute course content without permission
share access credentials
submit false or misleading payment or registration information
use our course materials in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of others
We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent behaviour, initiated an unjustified chargeback, or misused the platform.
11. Certificates
Where a course includes a certificate of completion, the certificate is issued only when the stated completion requirements have been met.
A certificate confirms completion of the relevant course requirements only. It does not create any professional licence, regulated qualification, clinical status, or legal accreditation unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing.
12. Availability and technical issues
We aim to keep our site and course platform available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
We are not responsible for failures caused by:
your internet connection
your hardware or software
third-party platform outages outside our reasonable control
force majeure events
If a material technical issue on our side prevents you from accessing a purchased course, please contact us at [email protected] and we will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide an appropriate remedy in line with our Refund Policy.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss
we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or anticipated savings
our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with a digital course purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that product
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
14. Complaints
If you are unhappy with a product or service, please contact us at [email protected] and we will try to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
15. Privacy
Your use of our site and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, regulatory, operational, or technical changes.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium.
Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
Refund Policy
Last updated: 23 March 2026
This Refund Policy applies to digital courses and digital products sold by Leladijo Consulting B.V.
1. General policy
Because our eLearning products are digital content supplied electronically and access is made available immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where:
a refund is required by applicable law, or
we are unable to provide access due to a material technical failure on our side and cannot resolve it within a reasonable time
Please purchase carefully and review the course information before buying.
2. EU consumer rights and immediate access
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you would normally have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases.
However, for paid digital content supplied electronically, that right can be lost once performance begins, provided you:
expressly consent to immediate access during the withdrawal period, and
acknowledge that you lose your withdrawal right once performance begins
By purchasing and starting our digital course, you request immediate access and acknowledge that, where applicable by law, your right of withdrawal may be lost once the supply of the digital content begins.
3. No refunds in the following cases
Refunds will not be given in the following situations:
you changed your mind after purchase
you did not complete the course
you did not have time to use the course
you forgot to cancel before purchase
you were dissatisfied for reasons not caused by a failure to match the course description
you no longer need the course
your employer or organisation decided not to reimburse you
you failed to use the correct login details or access instructions provided
you breached our Terms of Service and your access was suspended or terminated as a result
4. Technical access issues
If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents access to a purchased digital course, please contact us promptly at [email protected] with:
your name
the email used for purchase
the name of the course
a short description of the problem
any relevant screenshots, if available
We will first attempt to resolve the issue. If we are unable to restore access within a reasonable time and the issue is materially preventing delivery of the purchased course, we may, at our discretion:
restore or extend access
provide an alternative access method
issue a partial or full refund where appropriate
5. Duplicate payments and billing errors
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, charged twice, or billed in error, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible.
If we confirm a duplicate payment or billing error, we will correct it and issue any appropriate refund.
6. Business purchases
Where a course is purchased by a business, organisation, or other non-consumer entity, the purchase is treated as a business transaction unless mandatory law states otherwise.
Business purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted, except in cases of duplicate payment, billing error, or material technical failure that we do not remedy within a reasonable time.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us first at [email protected] or [email protected] so we have a fair chance to resolve it.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of course access while the matter is reviewed.
