Built for Event Reality
Designed for fast, high-stakes event settings where pressure is normal, decisions are real-time, and wellbeing needs to be practical.
Tools You Can Use Tomorrow
Frameworks for supporting attendees and teams in the moment, clearer boundaries, and smoother event design, grounded in real scenarios.
Shared Responsibility, Not “Coping Harder”
Move beyond individual self-care. Learn how teams, timelines, culture and systems shape wellbeing, and what you can influence.
About the Course
Designed for the people who build, run and lead events, this course is for organisers, producers, venues, agencies and suppliers working in high-pressure environments. It will help you take better care of both sides of the equation: your attendees and your team (including you). You will learn how pressure builds in event settings, how to reduce unnecessary strain through practical design choices, and how to respond appropriately when someone is distressed. That means creating events that feel smoother and safer for participants, while also protecting boundaries, recovery and sustainable performance behind the scenes. This is not a yoga course, a mindfulness programme, or “animation ideas” for attendees. It’s a practical framework for real event delivery: pacing, timelines, role clarity, culture and the everyday decisions that shape how people feel during an event day. By the end, you’ll have tools you can apply immediately, plus a certificate of completion.

More about the course and its creators
This course was created by Leladijo Consulting, a Brussels-based consultancy with a clear mission: to bring wellbeing, meaning open communication, happy employees, strong teams, and tailored growth opportunities, everywhere and to everyone. We have a particular focus on the events industry. Alongside this course, we offer customised team buildings, coaching, and ongoing support: both online and in person. Our biggest additional branch is Event Mental Wellbeing. Our goal is twofold: - To support the wellbeing of everyone working behind the scenes and on the front stage of events (no matter their role). - To create human-centred, personalised, and health-sustainable experiences for event attendees. Now, most importantly: this does not require extra budget, major structural changes, longer agendas, or bringing in external facilitators. The purpose of this course is to equip you to work with what you already have, regardless of the size or format of your event. We designed this e-learning for both newcomers to the events industry and experienced professionals who have been in the field for years. In 2025, we were excited to deliver the course to teams and individuals both in person and online. One request we kept hearing was: “Please offer an e-learning version- we would love our whole team to take this course, but it is so hard to get everyone together” So we did. This self-paced format is affordable, flexible, and rich in reflection opportunities. It can be completed in just a few days, or of course spread out over a longer period, depending on your schedule. The videos are intentionally short and to the point, because your wellbeing matters. You decide how much time you want to dedicate to the many reflection prompts designed to help you think more deeply about your work and your impact.
